Backend Engineer

• Build and maintain a multi-tenant REST API (.NET 8, PostgreSQL, Dapper) backing a POS, admin console, and customer mobile app.

• Deliver features end to end — schema design, domain services, background jobs, audit trails — and break large epics into stacked, independently reviewable PRs.

• Replaced hardcoded configuration with a data-driven model, and planned the production migration of thousands of existing records around shared and orphaned rows.

• Identified and fixed critical authorization flaws (cross-tenant writes, privilege escalation) and introduced per-endpoint permission enforcement where none existed.

• Diagnose production performance and data-integrity issues: slow queries, request latency, and reporting discrepancies traced back to upstream data modeling.
